This number has shown up on my cell phone multiple times. I called it back from my work phone and after calling it twice, they finally answered. They stated it was a home soluctions company. I told them to take my phone number off their list and was hung up on. They are now calling back on my work number. When i talked to them i did not give them a chance to try to get me to buy something.

Received a phone call from "Home Solutions" . This is an office and they insisted a certain party lived there and I confirmed they did not and then he began to yell. Accent too. Why do they think yelling is going to intimidate you? So I am reporting this as a scam as any United States company doesn’t use screaming tactics and it is illegal to solicit offices.
