• Terms of Service are not included in any order confirmation emails or in any shipments and you have to search for them within their ad/the order
• Between the order date, ship date, and receipt date, the 14-day “trial” period is exhausted and there is inadequate time to try the product and cancel according to the 14-day requirement
• If the account isn’t cancelled within the 14 days, a charge will be made to your credit card for $89.95 and $99.95 to pay for an ongoing "subscription for the products. You will receive another bottle each month and be charged each month $89.95 or $99.95, depending on which product you’ve ordered.
* Operate under a variety of names with no addresses or names to substantiate the credibility of the business
• Shipment arrives with no invoicing or other proofs of purchase with requirements or processes outlined

I accepted a free sample offer ("as seen on Dragon’s Den") and willingly paid shipping for one item. I was billed shipping for two items from two different companies in the US, despite the organization’s listing a Canadian address. I got nervous when I saw online complaints about extra billing, so I called to cancel (inside the advertised two-week window), and the agent hung up on me when I refused to pay a $38 "cancellation fee."
I did not knowingly sign up for any additional products (so there should have been nothing to cancel), and I am now very concerned about future credit card charges.

Not telling customers they will be charged ever thirty days until after purchase . Refuse to cancel orders or provide refunds. They said they won’t cancel unless products are returned and they were returned still no refund

Supposedly a free sample but I seem to be signed up for a monthly delivery. I have canceled with the company and am demanding my money back because it is a scam. I know, good luck to me.

They advertise for a FREE trial for their wrinkle cream and serum. All you have to do is pay the shipping costs which is minimal. In tiny small print (so small that I didn’t even see it) they say that if you don’t cancel this "free trial" within 14 days, you will be charged $99.95US for the product. By looking at Facebook, many, many people have been scammed by this. It is false advertising and trickery.
