I ordered a jacket from this company for my grandson for Christmas thinking I would have plenty of time to get it. The money was taken out the day of the purchase, 10/23/18. I received an email with no order/confirmation number saying that when the product was ready, 7-14 days, I would receive an order number. It’s been well over that and I’ve emailed them five times with no response. I finally received an email 11/9/18 asking me what my order number is.
