Second OAH – *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ***Â I took what I thought was a Kohl’s survey. In payment for taking survey, I was supposed received up to a $100 reward. I chose only one item, but got charged for three things. (Two watches and a pair of sunglasses). I checked my bank statement to see who and where the companies were from. When I contact them, they only gave me partial refunds on two of the items. I’m still out $192.21.
