We recently (Dec 2018) noticed that we have been charged $39.95 on our joint credit card every month since Aug 2017. I called the number I found on the credit card statement, which is the only information I had of them. They said it is an online gaming membership, which was conveniently automatically terminated couple of days ago, at least so was I told; and all information happened to be automatically deleted!!!! We are very sure among our family members that we have never registered, used, or terminated any account with them. We have never even received any statement, email, or mail, or information from them. When talking to them on the phone, they refused to provide any information, including account number, account information, registration information, membership number, access IP, termination information…… After asked them many questions (e.g. why no account number, why no bill, how to trace the online account password…..) they just hang up on us!!!! And when calling back the 3rd time, our call was simply directly cut off!!!!

Type of a scam Online Purchase
I visited this website because they said they had an ebook that I was looking for. They asked me for my credit card and claimed that nothing was going to be charged. As soon as I clicked Ok, I got a message that the first 5 days will be free but then they will charge a monthly fee. On top of everything, after I entered the information, they did not have the book. I am very concerned about what they are going to do with my information now since obviously they had no intention of providing a service.
There is no address or email information on their website.
