GTH LLC , Got security for my lap top last year which cost me $299.99. It was suppose to be for life, but when I called one time this year, they helped me with part of the problem and said they could not help me anymore unless I renewed the contract, which I did not do. On September 23, 2015, I got a call from someone from GTH and he said that some of the security they had put on my laptop wasn’t working correctly and that they were going to refund my money. Then he said he wanted me to send them money by way of moneygram and they would send me what I had paid plus the balance. knew that wasn’t right but I had my two year old granddaughter and she was right under me talking and making noise, still no excuse. They said they had put $2,500 in one of our accounts, I checked and they had. I sent the money they wanted, they said they could not sent the amount of my refund that they had to send a certain amount at a time out of the business account. After I got home I checked the account the money was put in and it was not there. the banks won’t refund the money because I used my card. I knew what I was doing wasn’t right but for some unknown reason I did it anyway. People that do things like this can’t have a conscience. We work hard for our money and most of what we get is spent on food, medicine, mortgage and other bills, not much left after that. We didn’t get our refund and they got $2,023.00 of our money.
