Type of a scam Employment

I received an email regarding a work-from-home, on-line position with Goodwill Travel. " Nancy Rink" claimed she was a hiring manager with ZipRecruiter, her company provided affordable travel for international adoption, humanitarian and missionary groups. This was a part-time, remote position requiring @15 hours a week with 30 days of paid training. I was to fill out a probationary period agreement with a picture of my drivers license and then follow that up with an application for employment. It was a little sketchy looking, but I was in dire need of employment and followed through with her instructions. I was to use my email and/or mobile phone with Zelle and a bank account for transferring funds to people. Half the things she had me do would not work, but she always came up with a solution to the problem. During "probation" she would set me up with a test task to see how fast I handled the job. Money was placed in my account and I was to then take it out and send it to the designated person. Since I wasn’t signed up with Zelle all the way, she had me use MoneyGram. The next assignment I was to use Western Union to get the money sent. I didn’t question her about the recipient because these were "tests" to see if I was proficient enough to be a real employee. The first recipient was a Natalia Nastas in Chisinau, Moldova…really? Yep, I did it anyway. The next one was just as funky and I followed up on it also. When I finally got my mobile phone working with the "Zelle" app. she had taken her phone off the hook, and a few days later the email was returned. Obviously she could tell I was getting suspicious, but not until she had ripped me off for @ $4000.00….and the bank where I opened that account says I am liable for the money if it comes back to that account!!! How stupid do I feel? I was so eager to get to work and had never worked on-line or from home before, so what a Chump was I.
