Received a message to call a number about an impending lawsuit. Person I talked to named Natalie would not provide any information about herself or company and provided a credit card. She said I defaulted on this card in 2006 and was being sued for. She was able to offer mediation for payment. When I asked about statue of limitations and last date of payment she told me I was wrong about statue of limitations and denied knowing dates of payment despite previously providing them.
