I am a Social Worker in Cuyahoga County. My elderly client received a letter and check in the mail from Grace Kennedy Money Services for $4600. She has been the target of scams before. The letter stated she won a prize of $500,000. Second prize. They instruct to deposit check. The letter is confusing. They are requesting $495. Letter states UPS would come to deliver the winnings. They also have locations in Toronto Ontario Canada, Dublin Ireland, London UK. My client has been trying to call the number on the letterhead. She was unable to get through. The Toronto address on the mailing is 951 Bloor St. Toronto Ontario Canada M4C 6N4.
