You order. They charge your credit card. You never receive the product. There is no means to contact them — FaceBook and Twiitter are the only methods but they do not respond there either. Their business address shows as 1260 Park Blvd, San Diego, CA 92101 which is a McDonalds. Their website domain info is hidden so by a proxy service. They dont want to be found.
