The number above sounded to be an automated service, said to be GE Consumer something same as general electric and they had free offers, they asked if I was a home owner and with out thinking I said yes then it said thank you and ended the call. I called the number back and a black female answered the phone( actual person) I stated I had just got a call from this number and she stated it was a wrong number and seamed nervous. The number was 252-623-9996
