Type of a scam Online Purchase

I went online looking to purchase a DNA testing kit for myself and my husband. The Givednaz website popped up on my Google search and it claimed they had the Ancestry.com DNA test and it was on sale for $49.99. Since that was $10 cheaper than all the other websites, I decided to go with them. I ordered my kit, but the website stated you could only order one kit per person, so my husband went on and ordered his kit separately. A few days later, we both got an email stating that due to the kits being out of stock, we would not be getting our kit and would receive a full refund in 7 to 21 days. It has been 2 months and after countless emails to the company with no response, and also googling the address they had provided on the website (which I can’t remember now) which was a residential house in California, I have concluded I got scammed. When I tried googling the website today I can’t seem to find it, so maybe they took it down, but I’m not positive about this. I just don’t want anyone else to waste a hundred dollars like we did for absolutely nothing.
