I have the same complaint. Three charges were made to my account in the same amounts: $154.94, $1.99 and $34.98 on 7-2-2020. I called them to inquire about the $34.98 and the fact that I did not receive any product. This amount is supposedly for the monthly subscription, which I cancelled and received a cancellation number. When I asked for a refund since I’ve never received any product I was told they couldn’t do it based on policy. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they hung up on me. Stay away from this company. I am working with my credit card company now!

I read this ad on my email about the keto diet plan and I responded to it on June 5, 2020. The company took the money out of my bank on June 9, 2020 in the amounts of 34.98.and 154.94 and 1.99. I never received any packages and then on June 23rd they took 9.99. And then on July 8th another 34.98 and still haven’t received anything. I then called USPS with the tracking number 9274890267787803179855 a shipping label was bought on June 12th but never sent out. I called this company 4 times and asked to talk to a supervisor or higher up and was told they would email him and he would get back to me. I asked for a number they said they didn’t have one. I told them repeatedly I didn’t want the pills and they said I couldn’t do anything till I get the package but yet they can kept taking money out of my account. I ended up closing that account so they couldn’t take any more money and I would like my money back for the product I didn’t get.
