I placed an order with High Shopping and according to PayPal, my order was shipped and delivered by UPS… but it did not go to the correct address.
According to UPS, the package was not shipped to the address on the High Shopping order, which also matches the PayPal shipping address. UPS will NOT, however, disclose to where it was shipped.
UPS claims the package was left at the front door of somewhere by driver release. I know it was not left here both because my security camera has no record of a UPS delivery plus both my spouse and I were in the front yard at the claimed time of delivery.
I have sent several eMails to the seller and have received no reply. The seller is listed as Xuan Son Phan with email [email protected]
I emailed High Shopping at the address listed on their website, [email protected], but my eMail was returned as undeliverable.
I tried to contact High Shopping using their web-form, but it fails.
I left voice mail messages at the High Shopping telephone number and have not received a call back.
I reported all this to PayPal and they do not seem to be taking any action. In any case, PayPal is not taking action in an expeditious manner. Worse, it is currently impossible to contact PayPal other than through their dispute and resolution center web interface.
This appears to be a total loss.

I was trying to order a sewing machine from this company. Their prices are unrealistically lower than any other company selling the same products and they only let you check out using via PayPal. Fortunately for me PayPal would not process the payment. I tried calling them…number on website is not valid. I also tried emailing them…the email address on the website is also invalid. My email was kicked back. I looked up the site and found two other complaints on reportscam.com.These two customers actually paid for their purchase but never received their products. No way to contact company as phone number and email address are bogus.
