Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
Ad was on Facebook for Lifetime kayaks. They were priced pretty cheap with no shipping costs. Total was $184. Order said that it would take 15 days to be processed. Payment was made by PayPal. The only choice. I tried to con tact them early on but had no response. I waited the 15 days then tried to cancel. But their is no way to cancel. They also have you track using the SHOP APP. I loaded the AP and it still just says order placed.i complained to PayPal and they came back saying the company claims it was delivered. They gave a tracking number. I went to the USPS and talked with a supervisor who looked it up and claimed a 3 oz. Package was delivered on July 2. We did not receive any mail that day. Her response was sorry for your luck and closed the door. PayPal says we can’t get our money back unless the post office can supply proof that it was not delivered. I tried contacting the company again and their email address is bogus according to my Internet provider Comcast. So this needs to stop. We still see ads like the one we responded to on Facebook. But have found no way to contact them about it either
