I contacted the phone number who stated they would give me the date and property location in doing business with Homeland Title. I have not heard back and called today. There is a third party Epic call center in Florida who could not tell me the physical address of their location nor the physical address of Homeland Title. Epic first told me they were in Portland and when I said then you should know if there is a title company by this name they said they were in Florida.
I cannot find a business in Portland with this name.
I did business in Tennessee with a title company with this name and logo but they know nothing of the letter.
