Type of a scam Credit Cards

I learned about housinglist.com because an attempted charge to my credit card was decline. I had NOT gone to the housinglist website and had never heard of it until my credit card company contact me. I received a new credit card. However, housinglist.com continues to attempt to charge my old credit card repeatedly. I and my credit card company have called and contacted houslinglist.com in order to attempt to make them cease, and each time I attempt to contact housinglist.com, they do not pick up or answer the phone call. Housinglist.com continues to attempt to fraudulenty charge my credit card without permission and without me entering any information on their website or otherwise.
