Type of a scam Online Purchase

This site offers a selection of athletic shoes but fails to offer encryption services and I received messages indicating that the site could place me at risk for "financial attack." My concern is that this is a "too good to be true" service that will take my money and run. No physical address or phone number is available either, supporting this concern. Caveat emptor!
