H M Relocation Services

They lied to me from day one about the process. They were late with pick up and delivery. Every item was dirty from the oily truck, and most items were broken or gouged or scratched. My bikini bathing suit bottoms were found on the truck floor after I had packed them in a bureau drawers. I submitted a damage claim in May, 2020 and I’m still waiting for resolution! Few laborers spoke English. Owner is David Zola.

Those guys are super professional, fast, efficient, and very friendly. I didn’t use their packing services because my wife wanted to pack and git rid of some stuff but they were extremely careful with moving my stuff and took only 9 hours to complete the job for a three-bedroom house. They carefully wrapped everything that looked delicate and did not come close to breaking or even scratching anything. This was the best moving experience I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend using their services. Thank you H & M Relocation

Moving?
Do it yourself if you don’t wanna get rip off on the day of
your move.
The moving company gives one estimate over the phone and then on time to move they raise the price double or even triple sometimes even more.
The dot (department of transportation) supposed to be the ones watching those moving companies and assist when needed but the truth
They don’t give a damm
That’s why moving companies can get a way with and continues to ripoff customers
Nobody can stop them
They change business name every couple years and they keep staying and doing that
All 5 stars you see or the reviews you see is friends and family

License to ripoff customers
Rent a Truck and move yourself
You won’t be regretting
You’ll have less broken furniture and missing items.
They steal everything they need or can be sold .
Your free insurance they offer is $.60 per pound and even that you wish you’ll get.
I’ll update the new business name once is become available

Type of a scam Moving

We got a quote from Keystone Moving Group is dot number 3016819 to move us across country. One day before our move we confirmed with them the items we would need moved and we’re sent an itemized Binding moving estimate. H and M Relocation then showed up 3354310, put all our items on their truck, then we talked to the owner of that company who said we would have to pay twice as much and we could either pay that or he would have his guys unload everything and we would have to pay to do that or we could go unload it ourselves. He stated the square footage was way more. We negotiated with him as the movers took all day and we felt strong armed. It was 1200 more than originally agreed upon. I then contacted Keystone after we signed a new contract and complained. I talked to Carly King who reassured me that the original contract was binding and we would not have to pay more. The movers then texted us after missing our original drop date and stated we owed the 1200. This was a few days before they were to drop our items a week late. I contacted Keystone again and was put on the phone with a Michael who called me a weasel and stated we had to pay the 1200. I explained that is not what his employee told us and he didn’t care. I also made Keystone aware that our paperwork with H and M relocation had the same address, logo and manger name as a company that was previously shut down and investigated by police, that company is Am movers Us dot 3069190. Michael said I was being dramatic and had worked with this company for theee years. At drop off I reviewed the h and m paperwork and they had added several boxes to there inventory that we had never packed. I did an inventory with the mover who had dropped our items off and we had 41 delivered not counting TV boxes which were listed separately on the inventory but they wrote down 46 and then individually in blue ink wrote down several more. I believe that h and m relocation is run by the same people as am moving as they sound the same as a was able to find a need report on am movers and the gentleman sounded the same as the one that marked our move up. We had several boxes that were broken as well. I also believe that Keystone told us we wouldn’t have to pay so we wouldn’t do anything about the scam and changed the amount on us again right before drop when again it was too late. Both companies have similar names to reputable companies with 5 star ratings. Keystone even sent me a google search showing a different company and tried to assurt is was the one they hired. I would appreciate if you investigated this. Feel free to reach out as I do have some photos and other documentation including emails. Thank you.
