I WAS SCAMMED OUT OF $1,000. beware! this is a scam. I ordered 2 iphones and the seller said it was stuck in customs. I paid the additional 400 dollars and it ended up stuck again. Looking at these reviews I can tell this was a scam and HARAFEX AND ALIBABA AND THEIR SUPPLIERS are THIEVES

De início eu pedi somente duas unidades de nintendo switch e depois ele disse que nao podia ser só duas para minha região ( japao) teria que ser 5 unidades entao eu pedi 3 unidades de nintendo e 2 macbookpro
Depois que paguei as 4 unidades, pois ele disse que uma unidade de nintendo switch seria grátis!
Depois de “enviar os produtos” ele me disse que outros produtos foram enviando para meu endereço por enagano, era pra ir pra nova Zelândia.
Depois disso só fica pedindo mais dinheiro e dinheiro para liberar os produtos que estao preso na China.
Segunda vez que compro no alibaba e acontece a mesma coisa! Nao confio mais no alibaba, nunca acha um fornecedor correto!

it is a new internet fraud and i have been scamed recently by this non real (fake) logestic company!i sold iphone from alibaba and they sent me by harafex with a tracking code.after entering the code in the tracking blank ;came for me a page with this subject:A package sent you from shenzhen with this address and for this name.all of them are correct.but all of them even that logistic site were fake and non-real.

They sold me a laptop for $600 then told me it was shipping. Days later they told me it was at the border and I needed to pay an additional $480 for custom fees and that my package was at the border.

If you order something from alibaba and they are using this "shipping site", it’s a good sign that you are being scammed. Don’t send any money to them. They are going to say that your package is at the USA border, at customs, and you need to send them more money to clear the custom fees.
