Type of a scam Online Purchase
Fraudulent charges ($87.67 and $89.63) were discovered on our debit account. We deactivated our debit cards immediately and filed a fraud report with our bank. The bank provided information on the products and a contact number. I researched the products and this company advertises diet pills via facebook and online priced at $7.53 and $6.57. However, they FAIL to mention the 14 day trial period then will charge “customer” (We did not purchase these items…they stole our information) the full retail price of $87.67 + $ 89.63 =$177.30). Since this company claims to have our correct address and supposedly a tracking number (we never received these products) our bank refused to refund our money. Now this company claims there is nothing they can do since a dispute with our bank was filed.
