My wife and I were searching for Shih Tzu puppy to join our family. We performed an online search and thought we had found a beautiful puppy. We reached out through the website expressing interest. We placed half the money up front and received a sales agreement. When the shipment day arrived we watched to see if the puppy shipped when we did not see any movement we contacted both the shipper and seller after several hours we received word that the puppy would not ship if we did not pay remainder. I attempted to call the seller but they would not pickup. I asked them to call me but I did not receive any response. I told the seller to cancel or purchase and return the deposit. I have not heard nor received any response.
