Received a package in the mail with a golf club that was never ordered. Was addressed to my husband. No packing slip. Just the name of Hysan llc on the mailing label. No charges on any of our cards and no club on any e commerce sites.

I keep receiving things in the mail. from Hysan LLC. The first thing was a camo hooded winter coat and the second were two tops…….NONE OF WHICH I ORDERED. By the number of people reporting the same experience, this is obviously a scam. Please find attached the label from the 2nd package I received. I am not going to try and call the phone number or try and contact them. I don’t want to give them the opportunity to complete a scam. Is anything being done to stop this? This is obviously a CHINA scam. Who is investigating to correct?

Received a product in the mail today for hair removal cream, something I have never ordered. I have never even heard of Hysan and I have no idea what site it came from!

I received something today and it was some kind of liquid that busted! Smell horrible! I didn’t order this! The bottle is smear writing but hair is on it! This product I didn’t order!

I ordered some shoes in May. A pair was received in July and it was the correct pair. Received two pairs of shoes today that I didn’t order and have not received my money or the products that I ordered. I don’t know how to return these shoes?

I bought a helicopter that was coming from China and when I finally got it, it wasn’t what I ordered! I paid $30.00 dollars for a $10.00 toy! This was supposed to be a birthday present and now that’s ruined! This is nothing more than a scam and hysan llc is nothing more than a fraud!

I just received a plastic pillow with a pump that I know for a fact I did not order. Why couldn’t I get something fun like so many other people.

I just received an item from them today that I didnt order! How/where did you find tracking number? There was no statement in package.

I received a package in the mail today with my name and address on it. When I opened it I was not sure what it even was. A smaller type pillowcase maybe. I did not order this. I’ve had some fraudulent charges on my credit card recently. I will be checking out to see if the charge and this package are connected some how.

I received 2 purple pump bottles with some white looking waxy stuff. Package was torn and part of the pump was sticking out. I did not order this

I received a package with green foam. I did not order!athe foam is green on one side and black on the other. There is no odor to the foam

Received a watch I never order. What is the protocol most people have been going with. Send it back or just wait? I have looked over all my credit cards/PP and no charge from them. I think I’ll just return to sender with a tracking # so I can prove it was sent back to them.

I received a package today with a mini hair straightener, which I know I did not order. There are 3 labels on the package, so I tracked the first USPS number but it didn’t show an origination address. I peeled the top label off and the company name is Hysan LLC. After reading everyone’s post I decided to discard the package and washed my hands. With this COVID I don’t want to take any chances.

I my order did not come. I got the orange foam. This happened to me once before. Bought a mobility scooter. That time I lost $150. I got a key fob in that experience. Now I paid $19.99 for a mobility scooter. I guess I got Orange foam. Learned from this experience im never gonna order moving parts anymore. Just laugh about it and go on. I hate to be them when they meet their maker.

an unexplained package shows up at my house. an item I DID NOT order and have never been on their website. Am waiting and watching my bank account to see if they are transacting in my account.

Most likely, unbeknowst to me, I have ordered something from them in the past via a Facebook link or something like that, but the website or the name does not ring a bell. It is definitely cheap china crap that showed up on my porch…

So my name and mailing address have been lifted and scammed…

Not sure i got right product. Got another name on my package. Someone one in washougal, wash.98671. Tracking number for Kimberly Messick on north street. Is 92748927005374000009961163. My number is 9274892709537408000935. Did she get her right product? ‘wtf’ happened / was the packer on a high of a sort. This does not speak well of your product or company. No more biz with you. Right now in my opinion you suck. This was a package within a package.

I ordered several items from the company Superfsk and paid through Paypal. My Paypal activity listed the items purchased as business services and not the retail products that I had purchased. The company uploaded tracking numbers to Paypal showing that the items were shipped and delivered. The items were not delivered to my address. According to my local USPS the items were delivered to addresses that were not mine. I have filed cases with Paypal to get my money refunded.

I ordered a Roku Ultra 2019 for $53.99. They delayed 3 weeks, so I complained to PayPal. After that they mailed me a small sheet of stickers with a usps tracking number. PayPal’s response – Case Closed – You’re stuck! I returned package with same tracking number “Refused”. Next I disputed the credit card next. Their response – Something was delivered – dispute rejected! $53.99 is criminal for s 2″x 3″ sheet of stickers that was returned. Not Happy with PayPal or Citi bank.The front company is in California, but is only contracted to provide a shipping address. Phone is not answered.

I received an USPS pkg at my po box and it had rolled up cardboard in it. Nothing else. Tracked this pkg: 4-16-19 shipping label made in Hawthorne, CA 90250; 5-4-19 pkg accepted at USPS Origin Facility in Hawthorne, CA. This company is a scam for identity theft and steals monies by selling false items advertised but advertising w/pix of real items. They do not refund monies! This company is owed by Snowy Chen, is a Domestic Limited-Liability company flie#201623210031. The business is her home at 37191 Panton Terrace Apt 1013 in Fremont CA 94536. Every item comes from China (but advertises CA) as CA is her point of entry. She sells under many different names on Facebook and E-bay. I hope the Federal Department will get involved as everything she does in thru our Postal Offices.
