A person claiming that he was with Microsoft company and that my computer w[censored]ched and someone in Ohio was using my information. He gave me information about my computer to show that he was not a hatcher. But was I wrong!! I checked the ScamPulse.com scam tracker and found them on there. I had gave my c.c.# and paid them 476.99 to fix my computer and protect my information and computer. I call my credit card company and put a freeze on account and canceled the card. Now am going to call Microsoft company to have them help me protect my information and computer. Don’t get caught by these people and company. BAD NEWS!!!

b Wixxxxxs called me stating he was from Microsoft and there had be aa breach by hackers in my computer, in order to repair this and guarantee that it wouldn’t happen again they could give me lifetime technical support for 530.00. they showed me on line how many times I had been hacked . I had been having problems with my computer so I believed them. I put 530.00 on my credit card and they then they said they fixed my computer. it seemed to work better. they were quite convincing. that was on 11/24/17, yesterday they called me once again and said I had a refund coming of 199.00 because they didn’t need to fix the driver. I then fell for it again and allowed them to deposit into my checking account the money. however they deposited 1999.00 they said on accident. at this point I knew I had been scammed. theey wanted me to go to target to get a gift card for 1800.00. I refused aand they were angry. come to find out after talking to bank they had taken 1999.00 out of my saving and deposited to checking to make it look legit. so far I am out 530.00 but have filed dispute with credit card company. I have since contacted Microsoft and they removed any programs they installed to get into my information. that cost me 65.00 but was worth it to feel safe. I have heard of these scams but they were quite convincing. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else but am sure it will
