i received a direct message from someone I know of on instagram. the message was general as if it could be sent to anyone..then he mentioned a grant program for citizens of the island my family is from. I do not know this person personally nor does my profile mention anything regarding my family being from the Caribbean. they sent me a personal email address where they will send the website which looked legitimate except the address is for the white house…when you call the number, it says "you’ve reached our friend’s vmail". oddly, when you call the number from a landline, it’s inoperable.
