While attempting to get information on how to upgrade maps on my garmin, and download information, an 800 ohone number came up stating that the download did not work, and to call the 800 # for support. upon calling the 800#, we got a support person, who needed remote access to help with the download and during that process the conversation turned into a sales pitch, upon refusing to buy, he hung up the phone. That was very uncomfortable.
