Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief
I got a call on my cell phone that is with a Kansas number claiming to be a process server. She said they were serving papers the next day at my last Kansas address. (Easy enough to find this info online). She gave me a number to call, Goldstein and Weiss, and a claim number. I called to ask if they knew they were part of a scam. “Goldstein” called me today saying he was going to sue ME for saying he was part of the scam. I told him I had the recording and had already reported it. He called me a whOre and hung up one me.
