Type of a scam Phishing
October 4, 2019: @1051 phone rang. 387-8161 Tomah, WI
o I answered it with “Hello” and she said “This is Grace from Administration and I’m on a recorded line. Can you hear me ok.”
o I responded with “yah, but I don’t know who you are” I repeated “Hello” a few times b/c I couldn’t hear anything. Eventually, pretty quick, I was disconnected.
o As I hung up the phone I realized this could be a phone scam recording my voice.
Now I’m reporting it to ScamPulse.com and Consumer Protection
Nothing has happened that I’m aware of yet.
