I was told to give the basic info. name address phone age, etc. the name of the person was Agent Frank Debold of the National Endowment funds for HUMANITIES Initiatives. pick how much money I need and this is a GRANT……All
I had to do was pay a shipping fee. this is when the flag came up…… when they ask for money…….
