Gleam and Glow Skin Cream

Total money lost $200

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I saw an add regarding skin care trial cream. I ordered a trial size. NOWHERE on the ordering page did it indicate I was entering a monthly contract. I received a confirmation [email protected] of my trial order. NOWHERE still did it indicate this was a contract. Tonight I get an [email protected] for a charge of $200+ for my monthly delivery. I go back to the website as there again is nothing in my emails. On the bottom.of the page under terms and conditions it identifies a monthly contract. NO WHERE ELSE. it is not hinted at anywhere on the website or when you place the order or check out or in the confirmations email. Even if it I fixated this is the date of your monthly shipment etc. Nothing. It is embedded in the terms and conditions that you need to cancel by so many days after your order is placed. Should the customer not see on the website that this is a contract. Something like: "Enjoy this trial …do nothing we will continue to send this amazing product monthly"…then the small print should indicate terms and conditions. But to not even know this is a contract to begin with?? Very malicious business practice. Very dishonest website. I get buyer beware but this company needs to change how it’s communicating to customers
