They say they need your Drivers License( so they can get more info from you)
They say they have court documents and will be sued in court for last debt.
They insult and harass you. They say they are mediators . They have your social security number and address already somehow . They need the missing link and that is your Drivers license . Hang up , don’t answer and report them FTC .. they are desperate and uninformed on law. They tried from a debt from 2012 [censored] .

I received a call from a person named Blair from GMS Group and she said that I was listed along with my mother and father as co-applicants with our names, addresses, phone numbers and SSN on a payday loan for my Brother from Ace Cash Express in 2011. My brother has never gotten a payday loan from them and he does not have access to any of our SSN’s. I am concerned as to how this company has obtained my information and they are threatening to serve papers to us and potentially garnish our wages to collect the debt. They stated the original amount was for $805 and is now over $2000. They said that the Payday loan place sold this account to a lawyer and their company in the mediation. They stated they were sending papers out soon. Really freaked out about this and I kept arguing with her that the timeline didn’t match up and the information does not make sense that would have been provided if he did give my information. My name was wrong, my address was not correct for 2011. It is just awful that people do this to other people.
