Type of a scam Debt Collections
This company Oscar Robert called me and said they had a civil suit against me from a bank that I overdraft 82.11 from. But they didn’t know the name of the bank and that wellsfargo had bought the bank. And that this was back in 2010. But I never received any info on this but they want me to send them 257.35 to clear the debt or if we go to court 800 dollars
