Type of a scam Government Grant
I received a message from a friend I hadn’t heard from in 2 years telling me that she had gotten a grant in the amount of $35,000 and that my name was on the list. She said she had to pay a fee, but she got the grant. I then received messages from the people with the grant saying that if I sent in $2100 I too would get the grant. My husband was suspicious and told me to call the BBB. I did and found out it was a scam.
