Type of a scam Identity Theft
Rep John said he was from windows techical department and that my computer was infected with viruses and malware that only can be seen by their mainframe. When I advised rep i dont have a computer he hangs up me right away. Only to call back several days later using a differtent name while calling. (I don have a computer but have not been on it in several days. ) Thos company has called approximetly 3 to 4 times a week. Every month. It gets annoying. This is the first time the number has pulled up on my caller id. Normally they have it blocked.
