The website seems legit, it is now down or says its being updated. They sell kid toys, mostly bath toys They had a sale, and free shipping. I ordered a bath toy back in October of 2017. I received an order confirmation, and shipment notification by email. They say tracking isn’t provided everywhere, but I live in a big metropolitan area, so that doesn’t make sense that my package wouldn’t have tracking. I have received no package, no tracking number, no response when i try to contact them. I’ve learned my lesson to check out a company before buying! I’m glad it was only $20!

I ordered a splish, splash and spray bath toy from gear guppy that was advertised on Facebook. I never received the toy. I emailed their customer service department over 10 times, but only received automatic replies. When I attempted to call the company, I was never able to speak to a person. I was sent an email saying the item was ready to be sent, but unfortunately it never arrived and my PayPal account was charged.

I ordered something from this company after an ad on Facebook. Everything looked legitimate and I even tried to find negative reviews. I placed an order and received a shipping confirmation on Oct. 27th but I have not received my order. Emailed and messaged the company with no responses back.
