Last October I was on my computer when I something popped up saying something was wrong with my computer and to call for support. I did that. They worked on my computer some and then sold me a package for $215.00 to help protect my computer. Now they are calling again saying they are going out of business and that they will refund my money but need me to go to my computer and do something in order for them to give me the refund. Someone I know told me to call the BBB about this and they told me it’s a scam.
