I was looking for some Apple Air-pods Head phones and purchased them online and waiting for the next day shipping which I had paid extra to get them the next day for my son’s birthday, I emailed them with the concern that I hadn’t gotten the shipment and they stated in an email that their shipping policy says,"Your order is due to be shipped next next, as per our shipping policy on our website. This goes for all customers from when they have placed the order." they would then follow up with me with an email to let me know when it was to be shipped out. Today is now Friday and I still haven’t gotten anything and I emailed them again and they stated, " Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay and the inconvenience. Your order was to be shipped in he week but unfortunately we missed your order in the badge. We will process it in the next one. Please be sure that we are not scamming anyone but facing technical issues which our team is trying to fix asap."
