I attempted to get a refund for 29.94 and they (efreescore.com) refused.
I was searching on Craigslist.org for an apartment in the NY area. I found one (an apartment) online that I was interested in . The advertisement (or the person responding to potential renter) explained that I needed to fill out a credit report in order to get an appointment (or see the apartment). This required me to provide my credit card, social and birthdate. I realized that it was a scam after a few days when I unexpectedly was part of a membership and being charged a fee of $29.94 from EFREESCORE.COM. I realized that they are using INNOCENT VICTIMS who are looking for lodging on CRAIGSLIST to sign up with their company. I was able to cancel my membership, but was not refunded the amount of 29.94.
