My 95 year old mother lives in Wabasha, MN and received a confirmation letter from Madrid, Spain informing her that she had won $4,950,000 in a lottery. The money was deposited in a bank in Spain and she was to call 011-34-600-379-113 regarding payment. Â Her assigned agent was Dr. David Morgan who would receive 5 %. I hope this is helpful to you. She did not call and us not out any money.
