Type of a scam Online Purchase
I came across Ella’s beauty product on Facebook. She had Chebe for sale at a discount rate. Well went I click on the ad to order it prompt me to click on another button now to get another 25 % off. So I did. That took me straight to checkout ,ask for my credit card with out showing me the extra 25% off. I figure it would show up at the of the end of transactions. It nerve did!! That was the first problem. Second after waiting for over a month I reach to the company to tell them I haven’t received any type of tracking. The owner I guess went on line and explain to people that due to the high volume of sales for this product that it will take a little longer. A waited another month still no product. By this type I received a email stating i will receive a tracking number with 3-5 business days then to wait another 15 days for the product to be sent out. Well it’s going on 3 months still no product. And every time I reach out to the company I get the same vague email to please be patient and it take awhile. I’ve order stuff from China and it came before this product. Don’t trust this company!!!
