Type of a scam Tech Support
I just got scammed because a pop up said my computer was infected with a virus. The caller made it look all weird like something was wrong with my computer, but now I know it was bad software they put on there. I ended up giving them my credit card number. When I found out it was a scam, I called my card company and got the card cancelled.Â
