I purchased sanitizer wipes and hand sanitizer. They charge me twice then you can pay in store and never send it. I send many emails and always get same response that items was mailed and provided tracking number. According to tracking they provided items were never send.
I try to contact Paypal to reverse charge but paypal asking me to contact seller . You can’t call company and you can’t call paypal, only communication is available through email, which get’s me nowere.

I paid $100 for a order that NEVER came. They sent the item with the same address they used to ship it out so basically they sent me a false tracking number. I’ve contacted them several times via email to get a refund and they continue to apologize but no refund has been given. They claim they will resend that package but that has also never happened. I have never been scammed before and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had as an online shopper. NEVER shop from them as the emails are definitely written by some scamming kid collecting checks of unsuspecting victims. You can tell by the grammar used, spelling and obvious lack of care to keep up appearances of an actual company. Total fraud!

Their site looks legit and prices looked too good to be true, when purchased, the product was fake, not working, and they refuse to let you return their product. They claim they’ll issue a full refund on their site but that is false. And when you communicate via email every 72 hr turn time, they start bargaining their way into refunding you $1-$2 dollars on a $75 purchase rather than letting you return their product for a full refund. Finally after 2 months of going back and fourth, they said they would refund $10, but it’s all a lie, they will not refund your money. They’re scammers and a waste of time. Don’t get fooled with these people. It’s been 4 months now and I’ve given up on seeing my money.
