I have not received my mask that I ordered on May 5th 2020 why is it taking so long to be delivered? I called their phone number its disconnected, then I sent an email it said the email address does not exist. I found this place through a link on Facebook I guess I should have known it was a scam so now I want my $25 back immediately.

I ordered 2 quilts/blankets from this website on 12/9/18 the order number is GHD10380. They took the money from my account on that day. I have since sent them 3 emails to their contact email address and I have not heard anything from them. I have also not received a package from them this is obviously a scam.
