I ordered a Patriots ponytail beanie on December 1st. Received confirmation email and money was taken from my account. Said item would ship in 3-4 days and a tracking number would be sent. I never received any shipping email or tracking number. I have emailed them 3-4 times with NO REPLY. I have searched their website, but there is no phone number listed, only an email address for contacting them. Obviously, as stated above, the email about does not work. Anyone else have any suggestions

I ordered Stanley cup Christmas ornaments on December 2; received confirmation number immediately and said when shipped in 2-3 days I would also receive a tracking number. I have received nothing. At bottom of confirmation it said to reply to that email (which I have) or their [email protected] I have done both several times. The “support site” emails fail to go through. Phone calls -no response either. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING.
