I purchased a survival shovel to give as a gift on February 11,2020 from a website called geardate.com. I immediately received a confirmation and order number. As of today’s date February 26, 2020 I have not received a shipping confirmation. All attempts to get in touch with this company have failed. They will not respond. Obviously a refund is not going to possible. I lost $50. Do not buy from this company !

this site is saling cheap china knock off, but the default they are using on the product page isn’t what they are shipping after the fact. I email requesting a refund/return and they will not honor their own policy and only one to give me a $2 refund on a $10 purchase price. This is the items page. https://www.geardate.com/products/wiper-blade-cutter-make-wipers-last-up-to-4x-l…⇄ The green in a specifically a blade cutter, the black in it the rest of the pictures is a completely different product doesn’t work the same way at all, and I already had one so that is why I know and didn’t even open the one they sent me. but they will not process a return and refund.
