I thought I purchased a Pomeranian puppy and the puppy was supposed to be sent by a cargo company. The cargo company wanted an additional $880.00 for insurance. Stating that Illinois required this. I like a stupid person, sent the money via a money gram. I’ll attach the email I received from them.
