This site promises grants and other methods of help for low income people to get a home loan. In actuality, this is a lead generation site for a regular mortgage broker. They have no offers for low income nor do they offer any grants. In addition, they put your phone number in their database and call you every single day, even when you’ve requested to be deleted from their database. They also have no working phone numbers, they are unmanned when you call. The other number that calls me and leaves robomessages is 678.263.7008.
