I ordered passports for myself and my husband but since we could not make our trip, cancelled them within 8 hours and requested a refund. As per the website, I said the "partial refund" would be fine since processing had begun but that I would receive my refund. A few weeks later I reported that I had not yet received my refund and they assured me that by June 17th, I would have my refund. After June 20th I reported that I still had not received my refund and they told me they were having computer problems but that I would get it. In August I again told them I had not received my refund and they have now blocked my emails from going through. I have all the emails.
