Type of a scam Tech Support

Always Kevin called using the above 800 #. But on my bank statement it showed this other number, but it goes to the same place. In June of 2018 they called saying they were Apple support(first clue).Apple does not call or solicit repair. When I originally told them Apple told me the tech support was free, they convinced me it was not. So I paid them $205.00 for a year of support and allowed them into my computer (bad idea). So no telling what they did while in there. Yesterday they called and said they were doing a check up, somehow showed fraudulent information that said I did not have a firewall and needed to buy one for $***. They make everything look legit. (I am such a sucker). So, I called the bank and they said due to the amount of time that has past they could not doing anything. I called police and filed a complaint. I called the company back and demanded my $ back and informed I had reported them. so be careful if you have a Mac you are taken care of and do not need a "firewall or a third party tech support". They presented as working for apple/Mac.
