When I clicked on a free game , up came a red banner saying my computer is infected with a virus. I was instructed to click on this site (Everest Technology) which I did.They wanted to take over my computer to fix it. I gave the permission to do so. I had to sign an agreement to pay them $149 before they would fix it which I did. After two supposed attempts at fixing it and no improvement in my computer . I tryed to call the back with the number given to me, it was disconnected .
I calledy credit card company to cancel the charge, which they did. Now Everest Technology has resubmitted the charge with the form I signed on line. When I called a number they had on line,I got someone from India . After asking to speak to someone from the USA I was told they would have someone call me back the next day, no one ever called. This happen twice with no one ever calling me back. I took computer to Best Buy to get it fixed
